Annie and Liz were fantastic before during and after our big day! We were so reassured after meeting Annie onsite prior to the wedding, we immediately loved her enthusiasm, professionalism and cheerleaders energy. From that point on I knew we were in good hands. When the day came she and her teammate Liz were beyond wonderful. They helped me focus on the joy of the day without feeling self conscious or stressed for a moment, and I felt at ease when I saw her snapping away at all the right moments and everything in between. Annie really had a great balance between getting the best out of us , and our group - getting us the photos we really wanted from the day- while also keeping things fun and joyful. All her tips and tricks really got us some gorgeous shots in the end- though we figured they would be since we felt comfortable the whole time and had sincere smiles and lovey dovey eyes ;) We just got our photos this week and we were flooded with warm fuzzies looking over the - I kid you not- 1000+ images for our 4 hour little forest || picnic wedding . We were floored with all the beautiful shots , we were not prepared for so many keepers. Now our biggest challenge is narrowing the ocean of happy photos down to our favourite ones to print and make a perfect album of our perfect day :) we are overjoyed to have so many perfect shots of our loved ones too - we will be making gifts out of quite a number of them. Can't say enough about how great this team was/is, in terms of value I cannot think of a better choice! We started our research for a photographer with nervounsness and regret for not having the budget we would ideally have planning our day, we were sure that any photographer we wanted we couldn't afford, but this studio treated us with the same attention and care as a big package wedding, and really delivered! The photography is of course one of if not the biggest investment for any wedding, and even on our intimate scale it was a big deal to us to place our biggest envelope in the right hands - Jennifer Pontarelli's team was a very solid, regret-free choice and we are beyond pleased with them. These images will be cherisheed by Paul and I, our parents, our friends, our future children and grandchildren someday too
We were so happy with our choice to have Photography by Jennifer Pontarelli document our perfect day! It was so much fun to work with Annie, and her pictures turned out so beautifully. It was so easy to download the photos when they were ready. Annie came prepared with ideas and places where she wanted to take photos - so we had gorgeous photos indoor and outdoor photos. We couldn't have been happier with how they turned out and received lots of compliments on them from our friends and family.
We wish that you could give a higher rating than this since 5 stars does not seem to do them justice! We had the pleasure of working with Jennifer and Alain for our wedding (we also did an engagement session with Jenn) and it was so much more than we could have ever expected! They were open to anything and everything we wanted to try, remembered all of the shots we were hoping to take, and introduced us to fun and creative poses that we would never have thought of (they managed to capture the true essence of who we were as a couple). We had a schedule in mind the day-of and things came up that were unexpected, but they rolled with it and kept insisting that they were there for us and were up for whatever we wanted to do. They kept us smiling, and our entire wedding party and guests were so comfortable with them, you wouldn't realize that we've only gotten to know them a few months ago. We initially found her through Wedding Wire, but then she did my friend's wedding in October 2015 and we knew that she was the only one we could imagine having capture our day. Their vision is incredible; Jenn and Alain worked so perfectly together...We can go on for days about how impressed we were. They provided us with printed pictures and a disk of morning shots at the beginning of our reception, and it took our breath away. You won't regret choosing to work with them. :)
